Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your:

- Order Number

- Full Name

- Registered Email Address

- Reason for Cancellation

We will do our best to process your request before the order is shipped.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

- Prepaid Orders: If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is required if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

DecorVillas' Right to Cancel Orders

DecorVillas reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

- Product unavailability

- Pricing or technical errors

- Suspected fraudulent activity

- Incomplete or incorrect customer information

- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If DecorVillas cancels a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued.
